I was promoted to our Pre-Launch team and now work exclusively with new business. I need to quickly understand each clients business objectives and advise them on the best product set up for their program.This requires an in depth understanding of our online and offline tracking methods so I can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical client points of contact.

Pre-Launch is a small team which supports all new business clients across the UK and Europe. It's fast paced environment which requires attention to detail to ensure the highest technical integrity is achieved while also meeting CJ and the client’s business goals.

I recently joined our Data Domain, which involves using Databricks and Open Search to pull reporting for senior leadership and building dashboards and tools to help my team analyse client data more efficiently.

I continue to train new team members both in my team and other client facing teams in our product offerings. I have hosted 3 company wide workshops on our products.

I worked on our Post-Launch team, helping clients troubleshoot tracking and implementation issues and advising them on product features. I also worked with third party providers on exploring additions to our product offerings, and worked with our in-house engineering and Advertiser Services teams. I created client facing video tutorials for implementing CJ products and trained new team members in our product offerings.

Software Engineering, General Assembly, Remote 06/2021–09/2021

12-week immersive course that greatly accelerated my coding skills, especially in JavaScript, React.js, HTML and CSS. I participated in daily stand-ups and online lessons, coding labs, pair-coding, group and individual coding projects and learnt to build full-stack apps.

I helped my mother found a business. My responsibilities included workshop design and delivery, product design, photography, videography (including post production) and social media scheduling. Workshop clients included: Cushman and Wakefield, Second Home and Hatch Enterprise.
